About CAU

Cape Ann United Soccer (CAU), based in Gloucester, MA, is a volunteer organization that provides boys and girls ages 9-19 with the the opportunity to play soccer in the fall and spring. Our mission is to instill a love of the game of soccer and to provide instruction and playing opportunities in an atmosphere that is supportive, fun and developmentally appropriate, and that increases in competitiveness as children are ready for it.

Cape Ann United is the combination of Machester , Rockport and Gloucester. These communities agreed to join our programs at the G8 group level to have a wider selection of players and to be able to represent our area with as many teams as possible. The partner ship has been a great success and continues to grow.

Travel Program

Players in 7th grade and join travel teams, playing teams from (mostly) nearby towns that are part of the Essex County Youth Soccer Association (see ECYSA.org).
